About Helen
I've spent a lot of my life paying attention to people.
For nearly 30 years, I've worked alongside founders, CEOs and executives making consequential decisions about people.
That work taught me to notice things.
How people make decisions.
How they respond under pressure.
How they read a room.
What they tolerate.
What they choose.
Whether they trust themselves.
Now I'm paying attention to many of those same things in a different room: my own life.
I'm a Korean-American entrepreneur, author, daughter and mom raising two girls in Los Angeles.
I'm interested in what it takes to raise girls who trust themselves, care for the people we love without losing ourselves, build healthy habits, maintain standards, read the room and make choices that create a life we actually want to live.
I don't have all of this figured out. I am living the questions too. This is where I share what I notice, what I'm learning and what may help you see your own choices more clearly.
